GET/api/merchants/cashback/config

The merchant's current cashback rules. Read this on product pages to show the correct rate before checkout.

Responds { success, cashback_config }. percentage is a FRACTION — 0.03 means 3%.

Authentication

Accepts either an API key (X-API-Key) or a dashboard JWT (Authorization: Bearer …).
