List API keys

GET/api/merchants/api-keys

Every key on the account with its prefix preview, creation and last-used timestamps, and whether it is still active.

Dashboard-only (merchant JWT).
Only key_preview is returned, never the plaintext key. last_used_at is the quickest way to spot a key nothing uses any more.

Authentication

Requires a dashboard session JWT in the Authorization: Bearer … header.
