On-chain connection status

GET/api/v2/onchain/status

Whether an xpub is registered, its fingerprint, and how many addresses have been issued from it.

Dashboard-only (merchant JWT).
With nothing registered, responds { success: true, connected: false }.
addresses_issued is the next derivation index — i.e. how many addresses have been handed out.

Authentication

Requires a dashboard session JWT in the Authorization: Bearer … header.
